Founded in 2002, with registered number“trademark agency BZ No. 0001”, China Yomek Intellectual Property Office, shorten as Yomek, is the first trademark agency registered in China, and has been serving the industry for over sixteen years.

The main partner of Yomek has over 20-year experience in intellectual property agency service and consultancy service as corporate counsel, who is familiar with the trademark, patent, copyright and such other IP related law system of Japan, America and Europe, is a master in strategic planning for corporate intellectual property rights and anti-unfair competition, and maintains good and close cooperation relationship with many law firms and legal service agencies at home and abroad.
