Announcement on Adjusting the Fees for Registration of Trademarks in China – Official Fees

According to the "Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on Reducing Some Administrative Fees", starting from July 1, 2019, some trademark official fees will be reduced. The specific charging standards are announced as follows:
1. The official fee for trademark renewal will be reduced from RMB 1,000 to 500;
2. The official fee for record of a change will be reduced from RMB 250 to 150;
3. For other trademark matters that if the applicant submit applications online and accept to receive electronic notifications, the official fees will be charged at 90% of the current standard, including the fees of basic registration, re-issuance of a registration certificate, assignment of a trademark, renewal and delayed renewal of a trademark, re-examination of a trademark and issuance of a certificate of a trademark.
